What I love most and what accompanies me through different stages of my life is a cup of tea or coffee in one hand and a book in the other. It is an exquisite pleasure to travel through the pages of a novel, learn from a psychology book, discover the texts of great thinkers, stimulate the mind with scientific articles, and apply their ideas to my life. A while ago, I imagined how wonderful it would be to have a place to recharge, open your mind, get to know yourself better, and immerse in resources to live each day with more meaning and plenitude. And with this idea, years later, The HUB was born and is developing:)

The HUB is an imaginary place you can always access when you feel you need a little more light, focus, clarity, or if you simply want a moment of silence with yourself. Here, you will find various corners to visit and choose from based on what you need at this moment. Pssst, if you don’t feel a wish to change as strong as at least a 7 out of 10, then postpone your visit to this corner. Wait until the internal desire of “I want to” arises or allow life to get impatient and impose its “it’s time for you to change” so you can fully benefit from these resources.

CREATE YOUR DAILY SELF-CARE MINIRUTINE (ESP)

During this workshop, you will learn how to create lasting habits and design your own daily self-care mini-routine without feeling overwhelmed or pressured in the process.

Throughout this workshop, we will closely examine what you need and want to include in your self-care mini-routine. Our goal is to ensure that responsibilities, care, and aspirations do not relegate your self-care moments to the bottom of your list. Here, you will understand the habit creation process, decide which habit you want to establish, and how to adjust the process to fit your schedule, even if you have limited time. By the end of the workshop, you will have a clear plan to start practicing your new habit without overthinking it.

CREATE YOUR FLOURISHING MADRES WAY (ESP)

The FlourishingMadres Way is an online course that fosters the development of your strengths and helps you live in alignment with yourself in your daily life.

This program is designed for women who want to be the creators of their lives, and those who seek to discover and apply their strengths and make changes in their lives to live more fully, both personally and professionally.

Whether you already feel at your best or are still trying to get organized, this course encourages inquiry and action. You will not only learn about yourself but also focus on creating and implementing the changes you desire.

INDIVIDUAL ACCOMPANIMENT

Welcome to action . This is a space for when you want to take action on the issues that concern you and you want to do it with personalized accompaniment, either in a series of sessions or a single session to assess and create clarity for your current situation. Explore which of these options best reflects your current needs.

EXECUTIVE COACHING 1-1

I support my clients during times of personal and professional transition. During our sessions, I create a space for them to find their way to flourish in their work, and navigate professional, relational, and life changes, relying on their strengths, values, and aspirations.

COACHING WOMEN PROFESSIONALS

I am passionate about supporting professional women during their maternity stage, where aspirations and demands on personal, professional, and family levels are multiple and simultaneous. Together, we explore their personal and professional context, as well as the reasons behind intense moments, whether related to work (bosses, colleagues, career) or maternity itself, including maternity leave and return to work.

CLARITY COACHING 1-1

The Clarity Coaching session is designed for individuals seeking support and clarity on a specific issue in a single coaching session. You will gain a better understanding of the situation, a visual representation of our discussion to remember and inspire your next steps, and an action plan that you can implement at your own pace.
