YOUR SELF-CARE MINIRUTINE

Often, we say, “I don’t have time.” And it’s true. There’s never time for what isn’t urgent or what others aren’t asking of us. Since prioritizing what inspires you doesn’t usually have a deadline, even though we all understand how important it is, we don’t do it.
This workshop is aimed at curious and busy people who want to find a simple way to recharge their batteries (without feeling pressured or overwhelmed).
DESIGN YOUR PRESENT MOMENT
This experiential workshop invites professionals on a journey to gain perspective on what is meaningful in their current lives and to design a roadmap based on their values, strengths, and aspirations.

Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in three types of activities: first, they will explore their inner selves for inspiration and strengths; second, they will connect with other women’s experiences and learn from each other; and finally, they will design a roadmap to create a daily routine that allows them to feel good and function optimally.

EMPATHIC LISTENING EXECUTIVES

We know from research that establishing coaching-style conversations and creating a safe space for communication promotes employee engagement, commitment, and productivity. The practice of empathetic listening opens up spaces to understand issues, individual experiences, and the context of others.
Given the fast pace of life and constant demands at work, employees accumulate fatigue. Executives, in addition to supporting their teams, also need to support themselves. This practical workshop aims to provide tools for establishing coaching-style conversations and conducting them in person. In this way, participants can experience the benefits of empathetic listening and apply them within their teams.
The goal of this workshop is to learn and practice a framework for establishing coaching-style conversations that can be applied in working with teams.
– Understanding how empathetic listening helps establish connections and enhances self-awareness.
– Listening beyond immediate content.
– Understanding broader contextual triggers and how to address them in teamwork.
Throughout the workshop, participants will actively engage and enhance their empathetic listening skills through various exercises. By the end of the session, they will have a list of specific tools and practices applicable in their immediate professional environment.
