TRAINING

For years, I have been sharing practical resources aimed at increasing well-being, improving interpersonal relationships, and enhancing focus on key issues for professionals. Through my workshops, based on positive psychology and visual thinking, I foster a space for self-discovery so participants can better understand their current life stage, explore their challenges, and overcome them with new resources.

My workshops are designed in a format of short, focused interventions or part as team retreats. I conduct them for small and large groups, ranging from 10 to 200+ people. Below you will find some of the workshops I have conducted recently.

YOUR SELF-CARE MINIRUTINE

Taking care of yourself and doing what lights you up inside is an urgent matter. When your batteries are recharged, you live, feel, respond, and navigate life’s challenges differently.

Often, we say, “I don’t have time.” And it’s true. There’s never time for what isn’t urgent or what others aren’t asking of us. Since prioritizing what inspires you doesn’t usually have a deadline, even though we all understand how important it is, we don’t do it.

However, there is a way to prioritize yourself without pressure, in a way that isn’t complicated and shows visible changes in your daily life from the moment you apply it.

This workshop is aimed at curious and busy people who want to find a simple way to recharge their batteries (without feeling pressured or overwhelmed).

DESIGN YOUR PRESENT MOMENT

In today’s busy life, characterized by hustle, numerous distractions, and demands, it’s essential to carve out a space for reflection, connect with what truly matters, and chart a clear vision for where to head next.

This experiential workshop invites professionals on a journey to gain perspective on what is meaningful in their current lives and to design a roadmap based on their values, strengths, and aspirations.

This will help them navigate effectively in a constantly changing professional environment and make decisions that align with their goals.

Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in three types of activities: first, they will explore their inner selves for inspiration and strengths; second, they will connect with other women’s experiences and learn from each other; and finally, they will design a roadmap to create a daily routine that allows them to feel good and function optimally.

This approach is based on the design thinking methodology and adopts a positive perspective for leadership development. After the experience, participants will receive a personal-professional dashboard that they can implement in real life and adapt according to their circumstances.

EMPATHIC LISTENING EXECUTIVES

The workshop “Empathetic Listening Executives” focuses on supporting the continuous professional development of employees who lead teams.

We know from research that establishing coaching-style conversations and creating a safe space for communication promotes employee engagement, commitment, and productivity. The practice of empathetic listening opens up spaces to understand issues, individual experiences, and the context of others.

This contributes to creating an environment that enhances collaboration, strengthens relationships, and promotes proactive work attitudes among team members.

Given the fast pace of life and constant demands at work, employees accumulate fatigue. Executives, in addition to supporting their teams, also need to support themselves. This practical workshop aims to provide tools for establishing coaching-style conversations and conducting them in person. In this way, participants can experience the benefits of empathetic listening and apply them within their teams.

The goal of this workshop is to learn and practice a framework for establishing coaching-style conversations that can be applied in working with teams.

This will be achieved by addressing the following topics:

– Understanding how empathetic listening helps establish connections and enhances self-awareness.
– Listening beyond immediate content.
– Understanding broader contextual triggers and how to address them in teamwork.

Throughout the workshop, participants will actively engage and enhance their empathetic listening skills through various exercises. By the end of the session, they will have a list of specific tools and practices applicable in their immediate professional environment.
