 CLARITY COACHING

Thank you for your interest in the Clarity Coaching session.
Let me tell you a bit more about what happens in this session and how it differs from a coaching process.

During our session, I create a space of trust and use visual facilitation so my clients can gain more clarity on an issue or challenge that affects their personal or professional lives.

My clients are professionals with big dreams and aspirations for their lives, families, and organizations. They are known as capable and talented individuals. They want to adapt to new challenges without exhausting themselves or giving up what is important to them.

At this point in their lives, they are facing one of these situations:
– they are eager to find the answer to a question that has been on their mind for a long time;
– they are willing to take a step back and review an issue that keeps them awake and occupies hours of their day, even if it’s in the background;
– they seek clarity and action on a matter within an organizational or business context.

In this single session, lasting 1.5 hours, we will clarify the topic you bring and seek answers to your questions, such as:
– I would like to achieve X, but for some reason, it’s not happening. Why is this?
– How could I choose/achieve/plan XYZ better?
– How could I reach this goal that is important to me?

Using visual resources, my background in psychology and coaching, and your resources, strengths, and goals, I will help you get clarity and generate ideas that align with your current needs and aspirations.

I have been using this methodology in my coaching practice for years. Now, I complement it with visual facilitation and offer it as a unique service.

After the session, you will gain a better understanding of the situation, have an image of what we discussed to remember and inspire your next steps, and receive an action plan that you can continue to implement at your own pace.

The Clarity Coaching session is designed for individuals seeking support and clarity on a specific issue in a single coaching session.
