ABOUT ME

Hello!

I am Elena Stepanova, Ph.D. in Psychology, Executive Coach, and Change Facilitator. I specialize in helping professionals and entrepreneurs flourish in their work and personal lives, especially during times of transition, through executive coaching and training.
My clients are curious, capable, and resourceful individuals who aspire to create a stimulating life and meaningful relationships. I love transforming the wealth of research findings into practical resources that professionals can apply in their daily lives.

I also enjoy working with professional women who are also mothers, women who have great aspirations for both their own lives and those of their children. I guide them on a journey of self-discovery and help them create a path that aligns with their values, especially in the often challenging realms of personal, family, and professional life.

I have over 13 years of experience in coaching and university-level teaching. I am a guest lecturer in MBA classes and the Leadership Coaching Program at IESE Business School, and I am a member of the coaching team at the same institution.

For the past 18 years, I have been actively involved in various training and consulting activities focused on leadership development and coaching.

I have helped more than 1,000 leaders and managers define their strategic challenges, using a methodology to address their most challenging issues concisely and efficiently.

My clients often seek support in team development, career advancement, career change, improving their strategic position within the company, building stronger interpersonal relationships with management and colleagues, as well as fostering resilience and self-management under stress.

In my coaching and training practice, I employ visual facilitation techniques to generate ideas and create action plans for my clients.

I have worked with leaders from a wide range of companies, including Boehringer Ingelheim, Safran Group, Amadeus, TetraPak, Telefónica, Shiseido, UNDP, L’Oréal, Henkel, and ERSTE, Google, among others.

I hold a Ph.D. in Social/Organizational Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain (UAB), a Master’s degree in Systemic Coaching (UAB), and a Master’s degree in Intercultural Action Psychology from the University of Nancy, France. My studies in psychology span from Ukraine to the United States, and I hold a certificate in Visual Facilitation Program.
